Even though an effective workout is vital in building muscles, a healthy diet is just as important. So, if I were you, you might have to begin taking in a well-balanced meal every day. When you’re done with this, you can begin performing your routines wherever you prefer, at any given time. Here are the 3 top abs workout that you can perform even at home:
1. Bicycles
You will need a yoga mat for this routine. Just lie on the floor and put your hands behind your head. Bend your knees slightly and maintain your feet steady on the ground.
Then raise your legs and perform a cycling movement in mid air. While doing this, touch your right elbow to your left knee as it goes up. Do the same on the other side until you complete the whole set.
2. Ball Crunches
This workout is my favorite because I think it is the best way to work abs. It’s very effective when you want to get great abs in a month. However, it is harder to carry out than the other routines. For this one, you need a medicine ball. Place the ball on the floor and sit on it. Then, lean back slowly until your torso is parallel to the floor. As you do this, try to keep your balance. Now slowly lift your torso until you reach a challenging angle. Hold that position for as long as you can and then go back down. Repeat each step until you complete all your reps.
3. Full Body Crunches
Again, rest your back on your mat. Cross your arms on top of your chest. Lift your upper body while you bring in your knees towards your pelvis. Hold that form for a few seconds and repeat the steps.
While doing these exercises, it is important to make your abdominal muscles taut. If you want the best way to work abs, keep in mind that you must perform these routines correctly as instructed. Do these 4 times a week at 10-25 reps for 3 sets each.
The ultimate truth about abs: Combining these ab workouts with a well-balanced diet is the best way to work abs . Now, who says staying at home won’t build abs fast?
