Ryan, I typically outsource some of my marketing such as building back links to my sites, maybe some Squidoo lenses and definitely proof reading and research for my eBooks. 

I also outsource technical things on my website that I don&#039;t want to do myself.

Check out eLance.com and guru.com. Both sites are great for outsourcing.</description>
