Law of Attraction (Attracting Clients)The Law of Attraction has become a popular subject of books and movies recently. However, the principle has been around forever.

It is very easy to walk around and pretend to be successful. If success is not in your heart, you will be pretending forever. That’s what makes the Law of Attraction a little tricky. Sometimes we have to look within ourselves to see what might be keeping us from reaching our true successful potential.

Success stumbling blocks can be conscious or subconscious. An example of a conscious stumbling block would be a fear of public speaking. That’s easy enough to overcome with practice and preparation. Volunteer to give speeches instead of hoping you are not selected. The act of volunteering will give others the impression that you are confident with public speaking, which will boost your confidence as well!!

But subconscious stumbling blocks are a little more difficult because most times we are not even aware they exist. An example of this would be the client you have who is overweight and just doesn’t seem to have the confidence in themselves to lose weight. It’s almost as though they have accepted what they were told at a young age – “you are fat”. When they hear that, AND accept it, it becomes a part of their being. So, of course they are going to continue to be overweight.

To get the results you want, you must be very clear about exactly what you want. Give that goal all your positive attention. Begin living as though you’ve already realized that goal.

Then, you must allow the positive change to take place. You must accept your success. This is a difficult step sometimes, especially when working to overcome a subconscious stumbling block as mentioned earlier.

When you speak (and think) determination to succeed, you will attract others who have the same determination within them. Maybe you are the key they need to bring their own successes to the surface.

Here’s another old saying: “birds of a feather flock together.” Successful people want to be in the company of other successful people. Success breeds success. When the word gets out that your personal training business has many success stories, others will line up to become the next!
