Fitness Training: Intense Workout

It’s a new year and time to get rocking with your fitness and business goals.

Start your year off right with this intense fitness training workout.

Basically this fitness workout is broken down into 3 exercises that you repeat 4 times. Time your workout and try to accomplish this as fast as you can.

The Fitness Workout

  • Exercise 1 is 25 One-legged Lunges.
  • Exercise 2 is 12 Side Jumps with One Leg Push Ups.
  • Exercise 3 is 25 reps of the Butt Lift – Toe Touch exercise. I didn’t name that one, you can thank Zuzana.

Making Progress

This is a great exercise to measure your progress. Time your results, go back to your regular fitness routine and then try this again in a month or two and see how you rank up to your old record.

I raced through this and it will hard. The lunges really got to me. I managed to complete it in just under 20 minutes, but honestly, my form could have been better. I was more focused on my time than I was my form. Make sure to do each exercise proper and in alignment.
