Schedule specific times during the day to check your email and your phone, and stick to it! Otherwise, you can easily get sidetracked by emails and calls that can wait until later in the day.

Sometimes, a client or professional will come along and demand a bit too much of your time, for very little profit. Save yourself the headache by learning how to say no to high-maintenance projects.
Map Out Your Day.
You’ll be able to manage your clients and paperwork more effectively – and with less anxiety – if you schedule your day beforehand. Try not to stray too much from your schedule, as this is another pitfall that can lead to lots of worry.
