Another valuable option would be for you to build up a large portfolio of articles and publish them in a self-help book under your name. Whenever you promote that book, you will also be promoting your business and will see good results both ways.
Public Speaking
Another good tactic would be for you to share your expertise with others by using it for public speaking. You can contact clubs in your area and other places and offer to give a quick speech on a topic that is related to fitness. Many associations and clubs are not going to pay you for speaking there, but you will be building up your credentials and getting the word out.
You see, personal trainer marketing is all about your personality and your skills. It is not a race to see who can get to that finish line quicker. When you speak at different locations, your audience may view you as an expert and turn to you for advice on their fitness problem.
Creative Marketing
You could always send out mailers, but those should have a twist to them. You should focus on one area and send mailers to that area only. In that mailer, you could offer a discount or a free consultation. You could show before and after pictures. Whatever you do, you should provide proof that you know exactly what you are doing. Many clients are known for responding to offers that have a limited time.
For your marketing strategies for personal trainers, you need to make sure you give it all you have. You should also turn to the Internet in order to show your expertise. We believe every business out there should have a website. You should make your website look professional and have articles on there about fitness. Let them see that you know what you are talking about.
