Build abs Fast – What are the 3 Worst Mistakes You Should Not Do
People always approach me and ask: “how did you build abs fast?” Sometimes, these people confess to me they find it difficult to get the most favorable result in the quickest time possible. But guess what? Having the right tool for your abs workoutwill make it easier.
If you ask me, building a no nonsense six pack abs fast requires a lot of HARD EFFORT. Yet, it won’t be enough. All your efforts will be wasted if you don’t follow the most effective training regimen. As I have observed these people who seeked my advice, I noticed the similar mistakes they did in the process.
So, to help you avoid making the same mistakes, here are the 3 biggest mistakes you should NOT do:
1. Restraining yourself from eating more than two meals every day
Like what John Alvino said, you must take in at least 5-6 meals daily for an effective fat loss plan. Consuming a full meal once or twice each day is not the most excellent diet to a sexy, tighten lower abs.
Getting abs fast requires ample nutrition. What do you want to do after a tiring day at work? Don’t you have the desire to regain your strength and recharge? The same goes when you’re building muscles. After a hard training, your muscles need to replenish their strength. If you don’t eat right, you will risk their health. Eventually, this can lead to muscle loss and damage. Furthermore, you will also reduce your metabolism tremendously.
The true tactic for a successful abs diet is eating healthy meals at the right time. After your workouts, consume high-protein meals. Another point, avoid fatty foods and starchy carbs like fast foods, deep fried foods and sweets.
2. Believing that CARDIO ALONE will give you a six pack
CARDIOVASCULAR exercises are GOOD. Yet, it is not enough. To build abs fast, you will have to carry out various routines, not just ONE. Resistance training and weight lifting are some of the best full body routines that will shape your muscles. Carrying out these exercises along with abs-specific exercises will get those abs toned sooner than you think. One essential reminder though, you should do these workouts on a regular basis at least 4 times a week, every other day. For your cardio option, do them during the days when you’re not performing your regular exercise.
3. Over-Training
Some people would not even endure the pain of strenuous workouts. Yet, there are those who believe that over-training themselves will give them excellent results faster. Well, that’s a big misconception. Training too hard too often won’t get you near washboard abs. Why? Because you can injure yourself in the process, physically and mentally. This will exhaust your muscles, and what’s worse, it can damage them entirely.
Keep in mind, your goal is to perform an effective workout. It won’t be effective at all when you don’t perform it accurately. Over-training won’t give the best outcome simply because you won’t be able to perform each drill with perfection.
So start off by doing 5 reps of every set of routine then slowly add on to your reps as you improve. This will give your muscles ample recovery time. Also, it will also prepare your muscles for more advanced training in the future.
Don’t commit the same mistakes such as these. Following the proper training will pave your way to your fitness success. Just follow a well-balanced diet, perform your routines precisely, and don’t ever think that ONE exercise will build abs fast. Now that you know one of the greatest ways to get abs, start doing it as soon as possible! In the end, you’ll be contented with the results of your hard work and efforts.
