Body Envy Boot Camps are held outdoors and in groups, making it a nice change from a stuffy old gym.  The exercises that are performed at camp can be extremely demanding but they are desirable as they work all kinds of muscles simultaneously.  This helps to burn massive amounts of calories.

Expect to see fat and weight loss, and workouts such as cardio, strength training, endurance, while improving your flexibility by stretching before and after camp sessions.  You will be on your way to a leaner and toned body in no time.

By attending Body Envy Boot Camps you’ll notice that there is a variety of exercises in each camp session. This makes for something new each day and busts the blah in exercising.  Usually one session is about one hours time either early in the morning or at night.

Even if you do not have a lot of time, boot camp can easily fit into some of the busiest women’s schedules.  Time management is a concern for some women and that’s why attending a camp is so great.

Some boot camp exercises you may find at camp include: jump roping, sprints, stretching, using your own body weight, and lunges.  There are some days where you may need to partner up with someone.  This is another added benefit as you get to know other women and develop camaraderie within your group.

If you are new to boot camp or exercising for that matter, usually the trainer allows you to train at your own pace.  There may be others who are veterans and require heavier weights than you do. There is something for everyone at every fitness level.

Keep in mind what you’re wearing.  It’s always a good idea to dress in layers especially in the colder weather, as the camps are held outside.  You will notice by the intensity of the session you perspire frequently, so insure proper hydration.

Before starting any exercise program, for safety reasons you should check with your doctor to avoid any potential injuries.  Every month the camp trainer is there to help you track your progress by the scale, measurements and body fat percentage.  You will find these tools helpful to track your progress throughout your boot camp experience.
